Tom McEvoy, the 1983 World Champion of Poker, has won four World Series titles. He is the author of the acclaimed Championship Tournament Poker, “one of the most important poker books of all time” according to Gamblers Book Club in Las Vegas. He is also the co-author of eleven other titles, including: Championship No-Limit & Pot-Limit Hold’em, Championship Stud, Championship Omaha, Championship Satellite Strategy, The Championship Table, Beat Texas Hold’Em, No-Limit Texas Hold’Em, and Championship Hold’em Tournament Hands. In 2005, McEvoy scored a major triumph when he won Professional Poker Tour making him the only player in the world to win both a PPT and WSOP title.
